About

My friend took the pic of my vegetarian sushi and me.
First off, my name is Grace.

Secondly, I think a lot, so I know how hard it is to decipher messages from a guy I have a crush on.

So if you’re a guy or a girl who has had crushes, you’ve asked yourself similar questions:  “What did he mean by that?” or “Does she like me?”

I created this blog to build a support network for those who are meandering through the dating jungle.

Plus I’m obsessed about the topic of love and relationships; so I decided to combine that obsession with my passion for writing.

In the past I’ve written for my college newspaper as well as freelancing for other newspapers.  And I hope that you can learn something from what I write, since I used to be a teacher.

As you and I are trying to analyze the people we like, or just thinking about relationships and love in general, I want to get to know you too.  So please feel free to leave comments

You can also submit articles, reviews, advice letters, poetry, real-life or fictional relationship/dating stories, music video suggestions, and poll questions.

I welcome your input.  If you do feel like sharing your real-life story or if you need advice, names and places will be changed to protect every one's privacy.

Since I am straight, most of the content I write is about single heterosexuals. But I encourage submissions from gays, lesbians and married couples as well.

Lastly, if you’re single, I want you to know it’s OKAY to be single.  You’re wonderful and you’re lovable.

Have fun exploring the blog!  And tell everyone about us.

In closing, I want to thank my friends Miss Love and Mariposa for all their emotional and technical support.  They are the best friends anyone can have. Without their unconditional love and friendship, this blog would not have been born.

And a huge thanks go to my parents for being so patient, loving and supportive of me.  Also I’d like to acknowledge my brother for all his assistance; he has always been there for me.  He’s the best brother and an amazing person.

Miss Love and G., thank you for all the numerous, high quality photos that I can now search through.  And thanks to A. R. and Nia for giving me permission to use your images.

Dawson Forrest, I'm happy that you entrusted us with your creation -- your poetry.  Also I am grateful to Z. for sharing insight, information, and giving me wonderful article ideas and directing me toward valuable web sites.  To the men and women who I have interviewed, I am honored that you opened up, trusted me, and shared your stories so candidly.

For all those who will participate in the future, thank you in advance and I appreciate your efforts too.

Readers, I’m glad you visited and stayed around to read content.  Your visit means so much to me.
